To mark the seventh anniversary of medical cannabis legalisation in the UK, Releaf conducted a nationwide study involving 1,669 patients – the largest survey of prescribed medical cannabis patients ever undertaken in the country.
The findings show that the overwhelming majority of patients who have received a legal UK medical cannabis prescription are experiencing real and measurable benefits from their treatment, while also highlighting that challenges around stigma, public confidence, and legal awareness continue to impact the wider UK medical cannabis community.
