Only a bold, realistic approach can dry up the black market and protect consumers, the interest group demands in a press release. On Friday, July 4, 2025, the National Council’s Health Committee approved the preliminary draft and explanatory report for consultation in implementation of Siegenthaler’s parliamentary initiative, “Regulation of the Cannabis Market for Better Youth and Consumer Protection” (20,473).
